Help for your next rescue.
For Last Lift: Tower Rescue support, email support@bourbonbarrelgames.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a description or screenshot of the problem. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or Game Center sign-in codes.
How do I play multiplayer?
Tap Multiplayer beneath Play Solo. Sign in to Apple Game Center, then choose New Multiplayer Game. Invite a friend or use Auto-Match. Review the turn, then tap Start My Turn. At the end, tap Send Score & Pass Turn. Your Games separates your turns, games waiting on an opponent, and completed results.
If a match stays unclaimed, Rescue AI can finish it after the eligibility period when Game Center returns the turn. Reopen Multiplayer and refresh. A human who has joined keeps their turn.
How do I remove hazards?
Stop on the floor and follow the hazard controls. Clear rubble first, roll hanging wires out of the way next, and extinguish fire after the route is safe. Choose the available task, start or hold the work control as shown, then return to the lift before leaving. Replay the hazard tutorial for guided practice.
Where did my coins or power-ups go?
Coins and supplies are stored on the same iPhone. They do not sync across devices or with Game Center. Coin purchases are consumable, not subscriptions, and coins do not expire. A completed purchase adds coins once; spending coins adds the selected supply. TestFlight uses a separate test wallet that does not transfer to the App Store wallet.
A purchase is pending or coins did not arrive
Open Shop → Coins and choose Retry store / pending purchases while connected to the internet. Pending purchases wait for Apple’s approval. Apple must verify the transaction and the wallet must be saved before delivery finishes. If the problem continues, contact support with the product name and Apple order information, excluding financial details. Apple handles billing and refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I pause or resume?
Pause during a shift and choose Save shift & return to menu. Resume on the same iPhone. An unfinished multiplayer turn is also saved on that device; it cannot be replayed for a better score. A finished turn’s score stays saved until you send it.
How do I practice power-ups?
Choose Practice power-ups on the main menu or open the tutorial chapters. Practice is free, uses separate progress, and does not spend your live coins or supplies.
